Recently, GN arranged to ship out one set of tubular centrifuge with high speed and high G force. This unit will be sent to Europe and used in a scientific laboratory. The model of centrifuge is GNGQ142, which is the largest high-speed tubular centrifuge that GN provides at present. It is mainly used for solid-liquid separation.
This week, GN finished the fabrication of one set dredging slurry separation system for Canada client. After the trial installation in factory, the system will be shipped out.
GN dredging slurry dewatering system is applicable for the bottom sludge cleaning projects of various rivers and lakes. At the front end, a dredger is required to dig the sludge from the bottom of the river. After coarse filtration, stones, animal and plant residues, large particle garbage and other sundries are removed, and then it can be connected to the GN dredging slurry dewatering system for further solid phase separation.
This week, GN finished the fabrication of one batch sludge dewatering screw press that would be shipped soon. The screw press will be used in The States for sewage treatment. Plenty of sludge will be produced in municipal sewage treatment plant; effective sludge dewatering equipment is needed for drying the sludge so that the discharged solid cake can be easily transferred or for further treatment.
This week, GN completed the assembly and factory trial running of sludge dewatering equipment ordered by American customer, and will arrange shipment in the near future. The customer's order includes 2 sets of sludge screw presses and the supporting flocculants preparation unit.
Not long ago, GN shipped out one set high speed tubular centrifuge for a Southeast client from coconut production industry. The ordered unit is used to extract coconut oil.
Some tropical island countries or continental coastal are the main growth areas of coconut trees. Coconut planting and processing can also bring economic benefits to some local industries. Coconut oil is usually extracted from crushed coconut meat and can be used in food, detergent processing, beauty and skin care products processing and other industries. The filtered liquid after coconut crushing contains water and coconut oil. The function of high-speed tubular centrifuge is to separate water and coconut oil, so as to obtain relatively pure coconut oil products.
