This week, GN completed the fabrication and factory testing of two GNSP40B solid vacuum pumps, and it is expected that the pumps will be delivered next week. The vacuum pump ordered by the customer is used for coagulant sludge transportation in the power plant, which mainly solves the problems of low manual cleaning efficiency and difficult work in the sludge pit.
This week, GN completed the fabrication and factory test of the decanter centrifuge purchased by European customers, and arranged the transportation. The decanter centrifuge in this order will be used in fruit juice production and processing to separate pomace and juice.
Recently, GN has completed the manufacturing and factory testing of 2 units screw presses, which will be sent to the sludge dewatering project of customers in South America later. Screw press is a commonly used sludge dewatering equipment. It is favored by many industry users because of its compact structure, low energy consumption, low noise and high degree of automation.
Recently, GN has completed the manufacturing of one set of municipal sewage treatment sludge dewatering equipment customized for an overseas customer. Later, the equipment will be connected and trial tested, and then sent to customers.
In the process of treating some solid-liquid mixture wastes, some processes need to separate solid and liquid, which requires efficient solid-liquid separation equipment. Recently, GN has completed the factory assembly and test run of a set of decanter centrifuge, which will soon be sent to Europe for water treatment projects in which the water is contaminated by hydrocarbons. The purpose is to recover oil from wastewater and waste oil sludge to make productive fuel.
