GN Classification Vibrating Screen is widely used in the classification and screening of iron ore, coal, non-ferrous metal ore, building materials, chemical industry and other materials. The equipment adopts advanced design means such as finite element analysis and anti-fatigue analysis to ensure the reasonable structure, low energy consumption and large screening and classification capacity of the screening machine. It can be applied in various working conditions that are easy to corrode and wear. Large processing capacity, high efficiency and stable performance. The size of the screen machine can also be customized according to customer requirements. Two vibrating motors are installed on GN classification vibrating screen, and the screen body moves in a linear line by using the principle of reverse self-synchronization. The screen body drives the screen panel to vibrate synchronously, transmits the force to the materials on the screen panel, and impacts materials to throw up on the screen surface for layering, and through the screen graded according to the specified particle size. The materials are continuously buffered and input from the feeding trough to the receiving plate, screened and graded through the screen surface. And the materials above and below the screen are discharged into the receiving trough above and below the screen respectively to enter the next process link. The included angle between the direction of vibration force and the horizontal direction can be designed according to the properties of the materials on the customer's site. This included angle determines the running speed of the materials on the screen surface and the processing capacity of the equipment.
