Not long ago, GN Separation sent one set three-phase decanter centrifuge to overseas customer site for the application of electrolytic purification of copper. The operation of electrolytic extraction of pure copper will be carried out in solution, which will contain water, solvent, acid, and solid phase. The purpose of using a three-phase decanter centrifuge is to separate different densities of liquids, and solids.

Recently, GN sent a high-frequency vibrating screen to client's work site in Southeast Asia for the final dewatering work after tin ore beneficiation.
In this order, client chose the single-layer high-frequency vibrating fine screen with screen deck vibration frequency of 25Hz. It is often used in some industries for wet screening, grading, and dewatering of fine-grained materials, such as mining, coal preparation, etc.

Recently, GN Separation completed the fabrication of a high frequency vibrating screen model GNFG1440. At present, the equipment is in the factory testing stage, and will soon be sent to customer site in Central Asia for dewatering of iron ore pulp.

Recently, GN completed the production and factory testing of an oily sludge treatment system, which will soon be sent to the work site of a customer in Fujian province.

The oily sludge treatment system is an integrated system independently developed and designed by GN Separation, which can be applied to the reduction treatment of various oily sludge wastes. The ultimate treatment goal that can be achieved is the three-phase separation of oil-water residue from oily sludge. The separated oil can be used as fuel or enter refineries. The separated water needs to be further purified using wastewater treatment equipment or reused as circulating water in the oily sludge system. The hydrocarbon content in the separated solid residue can be reduced to less than 3%.

Last week, GN participated in the 27th Mining World Russia held in Moscow, Russia. During the 3-day exhibition period, many new and old customers came to GN booth. GN personnel had technical and business exchanges with visitors, and the exhibition has achieved fruitful results.
