GN Mining Vibrating Screen can be used for hdryovac material separation. There are 3 stage vibrating screen for the construction material separation. The first stage is a scalping vibrating screen machine (Classification Vibrating Screen) for stones and gravel separation. The second stage is a high frequency vibrating screen for sand separation. The third stage is a High G dewatering vibrating screen for desilter. After the three stage vibrating screen, the waste liquid stream will be sent to decanter centrifuge for ultra-fine solids separation. Before feed to the decanter centrifuge, chemical dosing unit can be used to add chemical flocculants to the waste liquid stream. So the ultra-fine solids separation is treated by chemical enhanced centrifugal separation. Finally, the user will get valuable construction material and recycle the water for reuse.
