Waste Water Treatment Decanter Centrifuge work in Power Plant

For different solid-liquid separation job, according to the material condition and required treating result, GN will recommend different type decanter centrifuge. GN is able to manufacture three main series decanter centrifuge as of dewatering type, separation type and clarifying type. For most of the environmental and waste water treatment, the dewatering decanter centrifuge is applied as the solid and liquid density is much different, low viscosity, which makes the solids can easily be separated. For some material with low solids content, small solid size, the higher speed separation decanter and clarifying decanter will be applied.
Before giving the proposal, GN always asks clients to provide more information of the material to be treated like the solid content, particle size, slurry viscosity, and the treating result, so that to give an more accurate proposal.
In the raw material selection and fabrication process, GN adopts the Duplex stainless steel SS2304 centrifugal casting to make the bowl, screw core shaft, both ends cover. Even higher grade material is available, like the decanter centrifuge in this order for power plant application. GN used the duplex stainless steel SS2507 for waste water with high salinity and chloride.
