Vibrating Screen and Centrifuge Equipment for Soil Washing Separation Plant
Recently, GN completed the equipment production and factory test of a soil washing separation system, and will soon arrange to send it to the work site of foreign customers. GN soil washing separation system is used to treat the oily contaminated soil. Oil can be separated from the soil as much as possible by adding chemicals and hot washing processes to achieve the goal of reducing the discharge of hazardous wastes.
This set of soil washing separation system includes several modules, which are designed and arranged according to different stages of the process flow, and are connected with each other. The installation layout can be carried out according to the planning of the customer's actual work site, or the modules can be increased or decreased according to the specific soil conditions to be treated.
1. Conveying module for soil to be processed - For the condition of customer materials, GN has designed a solids vacuum pump skid, on which an air compressor, an air tank and a vacuum pump are installed. The user can arrange the position of the suction pump according to the different sucking points, and can transport the materials in the mud pit to the separation system depending on the strong discharge capacity of the vacuum pump.
2. Preliminary washing and screening module - if there are many large particles in the soil to be treated, the sludge will be sent to the receiving hopper. The receiving hopper is equipped with an intercepting filter screen and a flushing pipeline, and a coarse vibrating screen is installed below the hopper, which can effectively filter and flush the agglomerated large particles and separate impurities.
3. Premix and chemical treatment module - fine grained soil or mud is transported to the premix tank for hot washing. Under the action of the heating pipeline and the demulsifier, the contaminated soil will be diluted by adding water and realize the preliminary three-phase separation of oil, water and slag, waiting for the subsequent separation equipment to separate.
4. Fine particle screening module - The main equipment in the fine particle screening module is a double-deck vibrating screen. The fine screen is equipped with API standard screen mesh and flushing pipeline, which can separate the finer particles and create conditions for the subsequent centrifugal separation process.
5. Centrifuge separation module - among the centrifuge separation modules, the main separation equipment are decanter centrifuge and disc stack separator. The decanter centrifuge separates the fine screened mud solid-liquid to produce mud cake and oil-water mixture. The oil-water mixture will be sent to the disc stack separator with higher separation factor for final three-phase separation to obtain more pure oil and water.
6. Chemical preparation and dosing module – chemical dosing unit is mainly used to prepare reagents and add matured reagents to the demand point. It plays an indispensable role as an auxiliary module in the soil washing separation system.
