Recently there are two sets of Decanter Centrifuges, with bowl diameter of 30inch (760mm), ready for shipment to USA for construction slurry treatment.

Decanter Centrifuge can be used to remove the solid with size less than 20um, and widely used for mud recycling/clarifying, sludge dewatering, and solid liquid separation in Construction, WWTP, Paper/Pulp, Chemical, Textile, Food, Animal Manure, Mining, Refinery & Petrochemical Industries, etc. 

GN Company focus on Decanter Centrifuge manufacturing for 12 years since 2007, and now has production line of bowl diameter from 9~30inch (220~770mm), with working capability 100Liter/minute~120m3/hour.

Decanter Centrifuge, also named 2 phase separator/centrifuge (solid liquid separation), its outlet of solid with moisture is about 10~30%, while that can be adjustable based on clients' requirement for different projects.

Standard Material of bowl material is made of Stainless Steel 2304, while SS 304. 316 can be customized.

Sealing is made of Nitrile Rubber, while the material is also customized, such as EPDM material.

And GN Company can offer different explosion proof standards, including CNEX, ATEX, IEX, for Electrical Parts, including Motors and Electrical Control Cabinets.
