Recently, GN Separation has successfully completed the assembly and manufacturing of two sets Oily Sludge Treatment Systems. These systems are currently undergoing rigorous pre-shipment testing and are poised for dispatch to international clients in the near future. GN Separation's solution in oily sludge treatment is suitable for multi types of waste oil sludge, offering a sustainable and efficient approach to resource recovery and environmental protection.


The Oily Sludge Treatment System developed by GN Separation is versatile tools designed to tackle a wide range of oil-contaminated sludge. By employing a combination of chemical reagents and heating washing processes, these systems achieve a three-phase separation of oil, water, and solids. The primary objective is to recover high-value oil products while minimizing the oil content in the solid phase, facilitating further non-hazardous disposal. Additionally, the separated water can be recycled within the process, enhancing overall resource efficiency.
The oil sludge treatment systems ordered by the overseas client consist of three core modules: the Pre-Mixing Module, the Three-Phase Decanter Centrifuge Module, and the Three-Phase Disc Stack Separator Module. Each module plays a crucial role in the comprehensive treatment process.

The Pre-Mixing Module serves as the initial step in the treatment process. Here, the oil sludge is diluted, and chemical reagents are introduced to initiate a demulsification reaction. This reaction breaks down the emulsions within the sludge, making it easier to separate the components in subsequent stages. By optimizing the dilution and chemical treatment, the Pre-Mixing Module ensures that the sludge is properly prepared for efficient three-phase separation.
Following the Pre-Mixing Module, the Three-Phase Decanter Centrifuge Module takes center stage. This module is responsible for removing a significant portion of solids from the material while simultaneously separating oil and water. Utilizing advanced centrifugal technology, the module subjects the sludge to high rotational forces, causing the heavier solids to be separated from the lighter oil and water phases. This process not only reduces the volume of waste but also produces cleaner fractions of oil and water, ready for further treatment or reuse.
The final stage of the treatment process is handled by the Three-Phase Disc Stack Separator Module. This module operates at higher rotational speeds, enabling it to further purify the oil fraction. By applying intense shear forces and centrifugal separation, the Disc Stack Separator effectively reduces the water and sediment content in the recovered oil, ensuring a higher quality of the final product. This refinement step is crucial for meeting stringent quality standards and maximizing the economic value of the recovered oil.
