GN solid vacuum pump is pneumatic driving conveying equipment without electric power. It is characterized by compact structure and easy movement. When GN solid vacuum pump works, it needs external air source to obtain air supply as power. When it works, it needs to use the air supplied from the air source to form a negative pressure in the cavity of the equipment through its own venturi device, and suck the materials to be transported, such as pulp, into the pump body. When the suction action is completed, the equipment will automatically start the discharge action. At this time, the external air will be introduced into the cavity to press out the materials inside the pump body. According to the distance between the pump body and the conveyed material and the nature of the material itself, the suction and discharge time of GN solid vacuum pump can be set between 0 and 30 seconds. Users need to set it according to the actual working conditions.
GN solid vacuum pump is suitable for various forms of material transportation, such as liquid, mud with low solid content, sludge with high solid content, and solid powder particles. In the process of actual use, users should match the air source that can continuously provide sufficient air volume to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. When installing the equipment, the pump body should be close to the materials as much as possible, and give full play to the slag discharge capacity of the pump to achieve the purpose of material transportation.
