Decanter centrifuge is commonly used solid-liquid separation equipment, which uses the density difference between solid phase and liquid phase in the mixed liquid to realize separation through the high-speed rotation of the equipment. Cuttings separation of drilling mud is a typical application of decanter centrifuge. The equipment in this order is used in diamond drilling project that is for geological exploration and soil sampling. In the process of soil sampling, in order to lubricate and protect the drill bit, drilling mud is needed, and the drilling cuttings produced by drilling will gradually accumulate in the mud to reduce the performance of the mud. The fine particles of drilling cuttings can be separated by using decanter centrifuge to maintain the performance of the mud. Fundamentally speaking, diamond drilling is an upstream work of mining engineering. Therefore, the project site is mostly located in mountainous areas. In order to facilitate transportation, the equipment used needs to be as compact as possible.
