Flow able liquid and slurry transportation
It would be easy for GN solids vacuum pump to transfer the flow-able liquid and slurry like water and drilling mud, construction mud and excavation mud. In transferring the flow-able slurry, the pump will be powerful in the suction and discharge. Operation need to make sure the suction and discharge hose is firmly fixed.

Loose solids or power transportation
The loose solids and power are normally small particles and easy for blowing. The pump can suck the material horizontally and discharge horizontally or to a higher position. If the material can be fed into the vacuum pump via a hopper on the top inlet, the transferring efficiency will be greatly increased.

 

Sticky Sludge or Block Solids transportation
It will be difficult for the solid vacuum pump to transfer the hardened solid which has to be break off to small pieces. The working efficiency of the solid vacuum pump will be reduces accordingly as per the viscosity and density of the sludge and solids. The solids vacuum pump is verified to be used in the food and kitchen waste transferring.
