One Batch Centrifugal Slurry Pump Ready for Shipment
Recently, GN finished the fabrication of one batch centrifugal slurry pump, now the pumps are under final assembling and package procedure, later will shipped out from GN factory.
GN Separation is a factory specializing in the production of separation and conveying equipment, committed to providing separation and conveying solutions for many industries. The centrifugal slurry pump is major conveying equipment in GN product series. Its main working principle is to empty the liquid in the pump casing by rotating the open-type impeller installed in the pump casing, so as to form a negative pressure, and then suck the slurry through the inlet port. The inlet port is usually larger than the outlet, so as to ensure that the liquid forms a pressure hold in the process of transportation to ensure sufficient power.
The pump casing and impeller of GN centrifugal slurry pump are cast with ball milled cast iron, which has good wear resistance and can cope with the high solid content in the transported slurry, so as to prolong the service life of the pump casing and impeller and reduce the maintenance and operation cost. In addition, the mechanical seal made of tungsten carbide used by GN's pumps also has good sealing performance, so as to reduce the maintenance cost. In the selection of impeller size, GN provides various sizes of impellers to match different motor power according to different conveying capacity and electrical system at the work site. Generally, GN slurry centrifugal pump is connected to the motor output shaft by means of coupling and elastic pin, which can well ensure the consistency and output power of the shaft.
GN centrifugal slurry pump is usually used to transport materials with uniform medium, low viscosity and low solid content. A typical application is to feed the cyclone as a transfer pump in the project of dredging slurry treatment. In addition, it can also be used to transport water, drilling mud and other materials.
