GN Mini Decanter Centrifuge

GN mini decanter centrifuge is of 9 inch bowl diameter with only one driving motors. It is of high running speed of 3800rpm and compact structure, which makes it can be installed in a portable system easy moving from one site to the other. One of the typical applications of the mini decanter centrifuge is to recycle drilling mud in the diamond core drilling project. It can separate the drilling cuttings from the mud to keep the mud with a certain specific gravity to ensure the stable performance of the mud. It can also be used as a pilot unit to verify the feasibility of solid liquid separation, once the separation effect is satisfied, then the user can consider the commercial size decanter centrifuge.

GN Mini Solids Vacuum Pump

GN solids vacuum pump is a 100% pneumatic driving unit. This mini solids vacuum pump is a compact unit which makes it can be put into some deep vessel with a small size entrance, and then can suck the sludge at the bottom of the vessel and pump out of vessel. The common application is use it for tank cleaning process. It has a hydraulic flow rate of 5 cubic meters, which is suitable for small capacity requirements to transfer the sludge with large density and high viscosity. It can be moved onsite by either hoisting the lifting ears or pushing with the wheels. One person can handle it easily.
