Industrial Dewatering Vibrating Screen for International Engineering Company
Being a separation solution provider, GN Separation is focusing on designing and manufacturing industrial solid liquid separation equipment and integrated system. Industrial dewatering vibrating screen is one of GN main product that is widely used in sludge dewatering project.
The dewatering vibrating screen is separate solid and liquid by using the high frequency vibration force and screen mesh opening size. The solid particle larger than screen opening will be blocked and removed, with the multiplied G force, the liquid content on solid will be greatly reduced to make the discharged solid dryer.
GN industrial dewatering vibrating screen is mainly linear vibration mode that will produce higher G force and prevent the fine solid particles blocking the screen opening. According to the screen opening, GN vibrating screen is classified as coarse screen and fine screen. Coarse vibrating screen generally installed before the fine screen to remove the larger solid particle, which will protect the subsequent fine screen by reducing the load. For example, in the contaminated soil washing system, the dredging slurry coming to the separation equipment is containing large size impurities like metal, trash, stone, bone etc. A step by step separation procedure will effectively increase the working efficiency and extend the equipment service life.
In order to increase the treating capacity of single unit vibrating screen or for solid particle classification, GN designs the double layer deck vibrating screen. Operator can choose to install screen panels on the up and lower deck with same opening size or different. If using same size screen, the parallel deck vibrating screen can feed with slurry at the same time to increase the flow; if using different size screen panels, the tandem deck vibrating screen can be used for different size solid particles classification.
