GN Separation has recently completed the production of one set GNLW364FT sludge dewatering centrifuge and will soon send it to chemical plants where overseas customers are located for sewage treatment applications.

The GNLW364FT sludge dewatering centrifuge is an efficient and environmentally friendly sludge dewatering equipment developed by GN Company, combining international advanced technology and its own research and development capabilities. Firstly, the GN centrifuge uses tungsten carbide protection at the screw and slag discharge port, and can choose to weld tungsten carbide plates or tungsten carbide coating spray welding. This special material has extremely high hardness and wear resistance, which can significantly improve the durability and service life of the equipment. In addition, the bowl and screwl core shaft are made of duplex stainless steel 2205 material, which has excellent corrosion resistance and good dynamic balance performance through centrifugal casting process, providing strong guarantee for the stable operation of the equipment.

In terms of control system, the GNLW364FT sludge dewatering centrifuge adopts a VFD control cabinet, and the entire cabinet shell is made of stainless steel. The internal electrical components include a frequency converter and PLC. This design not only makes the device highly automated and intelligent, but also allows operators to operate and monitor the device through the HMI touch screen, greatly improving work efficiency and safety.

It is worth mentioning that the GNLW364FT sludge dewatering centrifuge is also equipped with a chemical dosing unit. This unit is indispensable supporting equipment in sludge dewatering equipment. By adding flocculants, the fine particles in the sludge can be fully aggregated, making it easier for the dewatering centrifuge to separate. This design further enhances the processing capacity and effectiveness of the equipment.
