GN solid vacuum pump adopts the working principle of alternating suction and discharge during operation. The air inside the equipment cavity is discharged through the air provided by the external air compressor and the venturi device of the equipment itself to form a negative pressure. The conveyed material is sucked into the pump body through the feed manifold under the action of the negative pressure; when the suction action of the equipment reaches the preset suction time, the vacuum pump will automatically change to the discharge mode. At this time, the air introduced from the air compressor will enter from the upper part of the pump chamber to press the conveyed material out of the pump body to complete the conveying action. GN solid vacuum pump has certain advantages in conveying loose materials with high viscosity, so it is often used as the feeding equipment in the waste oily sludge treatment system.

According to different working conditions and transport capacity, GN solid vacuum pump is divided into three models, GNSP10, GNSP20 and GNSP40. For the working conditions with small transport volume and strong material fluidity, GN recommends the first two models, because the smaller equipment can fully meet the transport requirements, which can save the user's budget, and the equipment is equipped with handrails and wheels, which can move quickly on site and is easy to layout on site. Under the condition of high material viscosity and long transportation distance, GNSP40 is often favored by users because of its strong suction and discharge pressure, which can better achieve the purpose of material transportation.

In addition, GN solid vacuum pump has other typical applications, such as the transportation of grain particles, the transportation of mining slag, and the cleaning of sludge pits and so on.
