GN will display dewatering decanter centrifuge, solids vacuum pump and sludge dewatering screw press as below, show GN separation equipment working effect and introduce industrial applications.

1. Dewatering decanter centrifuge, with over 15 years of dedicated research and development, offers a range of bowl diameters from 9 inches to 30 inches, including both 2-phase and 3-phase separation models, specifically designed to meet different flow rates and requirements. Its 4.2 L/D ratio ensures longer slurry retention time within the bowl, enhancing separation efficiency. Constructed using duplex stainless steel 2205 and centrifugal casting techniques, the centrifuge's bowl and screw propeller exhibit superior density and uniformity. Ideal for various industrial separation applications, including wastewater treatment, it excels at handling industrial wastewater, municipal wastewater, and oily sludge from oilfields, effectively reducing treatment costs and improving efficiency.

2. GN solid vacuum pump is a fully pneumatic device suitable for explosive environments. It can effectively transfer liquids, low-solid-content slurries, high-solid-content sludge, as well as solid powders and gravels. Designed for both automatic and manual operation, operators can simply adjust the suction and discharge time via the switch on the panel. GN's solid vacuum pump, being a fully pneumatic unit, can handle various forms of waste, including liquids, slurries, powders, particles, viscous substances, etc., with a wide range of applications. Widely used in municipal sludge waste treatment and industrial solid waste treatment domestically and internationally, it is highly regarded for its features of safety, efficiency, energy conservation, and environmental protection.

3. GN dewatering screw press is with compact structure, low noise, and low energy consumption, making it widely applicable in municipal wastewater treatment projects as well as in sludge treatment for various industries such as aquaculture, food, starch, oil and fat, pharmaceutical, chemical, papermaking, and leather. Compared to dewatering centrifuges, the screw press discharges solid filter cake with little higher moisture content, but it consumes lower electricity, handles a larger volume, and has higher separation efficiency, making it a preferred choice for some clients.
