From November 22 to 25, 2023, at the SMOPYC mining exhibition in Zaragoza, Spain, GN Separation demonstrated its linear mining vibrating screens and polyurethane screens to the mining and aggregate industry.

SMOPYC is one of the three major international construction and mining machinery exhibitions in Europe. This exhibition gathers top mining companies and machinery manufacturers from all over the world. With its advanced technology and efficient products, GN’s booth has been observed by many practitioners and users in many related industries.

GN Separation linear vibrating screen attracted widespread attention at the exhibition site. This machine adopts a linear vibration mode, which can effectively screen while reducing damage to minerals, thereby improving the recovery rate of minerals. GN's linear vibrating screen also has the characteristics of simple structure and easy maintenance. Its vibration motor is selected from internationally renowned brands Oli or Martin. The wall panels of the vibrating screen deck are made of steel plates that are easy to process and have strong stiffness. The wall panels, beams and reinforcing ribs are connected by using the Huck rivet process, which eliminates the stress caused by welding, allowing the equipment to have a longer service life and be able to operate stably in various mining environments.

At the same time, GN Separation also exhibited polyurethane screens. GN polyurethane screens use new polyurethane materials, which have the characteristics of high strength, high wear resistance and high impact resistance, and can withstand various harsh mining environments. The screen plate installation in GN linear vibrating screen adopts a modular design. Multiple screen plates are assembled in the screen deck to form a whole screen surface. The position of each screen plate can be freely exchanged, which improves the efficiency of screen replacement. In addition to polyurethane screen panels, GN can also provide high-frequency fine screens using flexible polyurethane screen meshs.

In addition to linear screens, GN can also provide high-frequency stack vibrating screen, large banana screens, flip-flow screens, etc. for large-capacity ore classification and dehydration operations. In addition, GN's decanter centrifuge products are often used in final ore tailing slurry dewatering.
