2. Large double-layer banana vibrating screen
GN Separation large banana vibrating screen is mainly used in dry or wet classification, de-sliming, media removal and other processes. It adopts a broken line screen surface design composed of continuous multi-section angle combination. The screen surface inclination at the feeding end is large, which can make the material move quickly and layer, which is conducive to the screening of easily screened materials.

3. Large double-layer flip-flow vibrating screen
GN Separation flip-flow vibrating screen adopts the double-mass near-resonance principle, and a single drive produces double vibration. The excitation force transmitted by the screen mesh to the material can reach up to 50G, which makes a higher screening efficiency, and the screen mesh is not easy to be blocked. The flip-flow screen is widely used in the dry screening of medium-fine, wet, sticky and other difficult-to-screen materials.

The launch of GN large double-layer mining vibrating screen is to meet customers' demand for large processing capacity. The opening sizes of the upper and lower screens are usually different. After the materials that need to be dewatered and graded enter the upper screen box, the coarse particles will be intercepted by the screen, and the fine particles will fall into the lower screen along with the contents of the upper screen for fine particle screening or dewatering.
