The industrial centrifuge is one of main equipment in GN production line. GN is able to provide the both horizontal and vertical type centrifuge for solid-liquid two phase separation and liquid-liquid-solids three phase separation. GN solid bowl decanter centrifuge has been ever used for tailing coal dewatering in Australia. GN coal dewatering centrifuge is generally classified for using in the dewatering job for coarse coal, fine coal, ultrafine coal (also called coal slime) and tailing coal. In each stage of the coal washing plant, due to large handling capacity requirement, lots of centrifuge will be requested.

• Coarse Coal Dewatering – GN horizontal vibratory centrifuge is used for coal with particle size 0.5 to 50mm, it adopts the vibration and centrifugal force working principle simultaneously, and its low crushing rate ensures the large size coal for better classification.
• Fine Coal Dewatering – GN horizontal screen scroll centrifuge is with scrapers inside the bowl for the material that can be rushed. The feeding coal particle size is ranging from 0 to 3mm. The horizontal installation design is asks for low height workshop and easy for maintenance.
• Ultrafine Coal Dewatering – GN coal dewatering screen bowl centrifuge is with the bowl divided into 2 sections. One section is solid bowl, and the other section is with mesh holes for dewatering purpose. The filtered water can be fed back into the centrifuge again for further separation.
• GN solid bowl decanter centrifuge can be used but not limited in tailing coal dewatering, with different beach angle and the protection on screw propeller, it can be used in various industrial separation project.
