GN Oil Sludge Treatment System Received big Attention from European and African Clients

The system can separate out Coarse & Fine solids, and recover Oil and Water separately. The result can be achieved by GN Oil Sludge Treatment System is as follow, 

Oil content in Solid, ＜ 2%
Oil content in Water, 500~1000ppm
Sediment & Water content in Oil, ＜ 3%

GN Company also supply Micro bubble Water Processor, which can be used to lower oil content in Water to 50~100 PPM.

And, as regarding to the solids separated from this system, GN Company offers solutions of Thermal Desorption Unit and Solidification Unit, based on clients' different requirement.

Details for GN Company's Oil Sludge Treatment working procedure as follow,

Part 1. Pre-mixing Module, to make solid content in the sludge ＜ 20%, and make the sludge fluid able and can be pumped.
Part 2. Screening Module, to separate out coarse/big size solid (more than 2mm).
Part 3. Centrifuge Module, including 2 Phase Decanter Centrifuge & Disc Separator, to separate Fine Solid (around 20um)/Oil/Water.
Part 4. Chemical Dosing Unit, which is used to help for better separation performance, and chemicals generally are Demulsifies and Flocculent.

And Slant Plate Clarifier and Oil Water Separator are optional based on the project requirement.
