GN Separation is set to exhibit its equipment at the 26th edition of IE expo China 2025, Asia’s premier environmental technology exhibition. Scheduled from April 21–23 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), the event will serve as a platform for GN Separation to unveil three core equipment designed for industrial separation processes: the Fully Hydraulic Centrifuge, Three-Phase Decanter Centrifuge, and Solid Vacuum Pump.

Recently, GN Separation has successfully completed the factory assembly and testing of a comprehensive oil sludge treatment system equipped with a three-phase centrifuge. This system, destined for a client site in South America, marks the company's commitment to providing solutions for environmental challenges worldwide.

Not long ago, GN Separation has successfully completed the production and delivery of one set hydraulic driven decanter centrifuge, model GNLW364-FHD, for a prominent starch processing facility overseas. The system integrates a hydraulic drive solution from Viscotherm, a globally recognized hydraulic technology brand, marking a milestone in efficient and sustainable separation technology for high-viscosity applications.

Recently, GN Separation has successfully completed the trial runs of two Large Linear Vibrating Screens, model GNLS2461, within its factory premises. These screening machines are poised to be dispatched shortly to a domestic coal chemical plant, marking yet another testament to GN Separation's prowess in designing and manufacturing equipment tailored for the rigorous demands of the coal screening industry.

This week, GN Separation has successfully completed the factory testing of one set GNLW554 sludge dewatering centrifuge, poised for shipment to an overseas client where it will be integrated into the client's mobile sludge dewatering module.

The GNLW554 dewatering centrifuge, with a bowl diameter of 22 inches, is specifically designed to cater to the needs of small to medium-sized communities or industrial facilities engaged in sewage pretreatment projects. Its deployment signifies a leap in efficiency and sustainability for sludge management processes, particularly in regions seeking to optimize their wastewater treatment capabilities.
