GN Mining Linear Classification Vibrating Screen for Middle East Sand and Gravel Separation Project
Recently, a set of GN linear motion classification screens has been installed and commissioned on site of customer in the Middle East. This screening machine is used for classification treatment of coarse sand and fine soil. Currently, the equipment operates stably and its performance has been recognized by customers.
GN linear classification screen is widely used screening equipment, commonly used in industries such as mining, coal preparation, construction, metallurgy, and chemical. Its main function is to classify and screen ores, coal, non-ferrous metals, building materials, etc.
The Features of GN linear motion vibrating screen:
1. Finite element analysis and fatigue resistance analysis were used to optimize the equipment structure to meet long-term work demands.
2. The screen box wallboard uses cold bending process with good impact resistance, and the wallboard is not welded. Instead, the imported Huck rivet process is used for connection, eliminating residual stress caused by welding.
3. The polyurea resin spraying process for the components in contact with the material in the screen deck has good physical and anti-corrosion properties, which can significantly improve the service life of the equipment.
4. The screen panel is made of polyurethane material and uses modular splicing technology, making it simple and convenient to replace, as well as for the storage and transportation of the screen panel.
In this order, the material to be processed by the customer is a mixture of sand and water, which contains some large-sized impurities. Therefore, GN added the design of the receiving funnel when recommending the solution. Install an intercepting filter mesh inside the receiving funnel to separate some large impurities, and small particles of material enter the linear vibrating screen for classification treatment through the valve at the bottom of the funnel.
Linear classification vibrating screen is a product in the GN Mine Screen series. If you want to learn more about mining vibrating screens, please feel free to contact GN Separation at any time.
