Solids vacuum pump is one of GN main product for customer transferring solution. It is a fully pneumatic driving pump that can be used for multi type materials transferring. From liquid, less solid content slurry, high solid content sludge, to solid powder and even gravels, the pump can handle all these materials. Therefore, this pump is popular in the market. To ease the delivery pressure, GN developed the inventory plan to ensure some of the urgent request from clients.

To meet the demand on different material and capacity, GN developed 3 models of the solids vacuum pump, GNSP10B, GNSP20B and GNSP40B with the handling capacity of 10m3/hr, 20m3/hr as well as 40m3/hr for water. With the increasing of the material density and viscosity, the capacity will be reduced accordingly.
GN solids vacuum pump is 100% air driving; it needs to connect the air source for working. After the pump arriving in site, the clients need to ensure the air supply is sufficient on volume and pressure especially the compressor is far away from the pump. In GN catalog, it is clearly stated the required air consumption demand and pressure, sometimes, clients need to get an air holder to ensure a continuous air supply.

The smaller 2 models GNSP10B and GNSP20B is equipped with wheels and handrail so that the machine can be movable on site, in the standard order, these 2 models is equipped with stainless steel pipe suction head and wheeled funnel suction head. The model GNSP40B is heavier and skid mounted design with supporting frames around, it can be moved by using forklift and crane, the standard suction head for bigger model is stainless steel pipe type.
