GN Industrial Vibrating Screen Launched Online

In GN production line, the main dewatering equipment includes the dewatering centrifuge, screw press unit, now GN developed the industrial vibrating screen and launched online to give customer one more option.

The vibrating screen is always used as the primary dewatering equipment to remove the coarse solids. In some sludge dewatering projects, it is necessary to install a coarse vibrating screen to filter out the hard and big solid particles like the stones, metal blocks, glass shards etc. That would maximally protect the subsequent equipment like the decanter centrifuge which is only allowed to feed sludge with solids less than 200 microns. This step by step separation procedure is typically in most sludge dewatering projects as it is of consideration on both the equipment performance and maintenance.

GN Industrial Vibrating Screen Classification

1. High Frequency Vibrating Screen – it is single layer deck with screen panels of 2 pcs, 3 pcs or 4 pcs. According to feeding sludge condition, by adjusting the vibrator sizes and built-in eccentric blocks, the vibrating screen can achieve either linear mode or elliptical mode vibration.
2. Double-layer Vibrating Screen – the double-layer deck vibrating screen is divided into tandem deck vibrating screen and parallel deck vibrating screen. The difference between this two types vibrating screen is the screen opening of each layer. Tandem deck use different opening screen for remove solids with different cut point, while the parallel deck vibrating uses complete same screen on upper and lower deck for larger flow capacity.
3. Vacuum Vibrating Screen – in order to increase the dewatering efficiency to make the discharged slag much dryer, GN connect the vibrating screen with a vacuum device to realize the separation with both vibration force and vacuum suction to remove the liquid from solid particles, which will increase the liquid recovery efficiency dramatically.
