This week, GN Separation completed the assembly and factory testing of one unit circular vibrating screen, which will soon be sent to overseas customers for silica sand classification project.

GN High Shear Circular Vibration Screen is a product independently developed by the company. It is designed to use a single vibration source (one vibration motor) to drive and achieve circular vibration of the screen deck assembly. It can be applied to the classification, separation, and dewatering of materials such as silica sand, feldspar, coal, iron ore, and gold ore.

GN circular vibrating screen has the following characteristics:

1. Adopting advanced technology vibration motor brands (Martin motor or OLI motor), reliable operation, and long fault-free operation time.
2. The screen deck assembly is arranged in multiple sections, with a large processing capacity, high screening efficiency, low power consumption, stable performance, and low maintenance.
3. Add a re-pulp spray pipeline between each section of the screen mesh to improve the screening effect.
4. The overall heat treatment of the screen deck can meet the requirements of long-term operation under high vibration intensity.
5. Adopting flexible polyurethane screen mesh with good elasticity, not easy to be blocked, and has low equipment noise during vibration.
6. The screen mesh is fixed with pulling-bolt components, which are easy to disassemble and inspect, easy to operate, and reliable to fasten.
7. The contact surface between the vibrating screen components and slurry is sprayed with a polyurethane resin wear-resistant and anti-corrosion layer or pasted with wear-resistant rubber plates to protect the surface of the screen machine and extend its service life.

GN high shear circular vibrating screen belongs to the high-frequency fine vibrating screen, with a vibration frequency of 25Hz. The screening machines with the same vibration frequency in GN supply scope are single-layer high-frequency fine screen and stack vibrating screen. In addition, GN Separation can also produce medium-sized linear motion screens or large vibrating screens to meet the different working conditions of customers.
