GN Company is a professional manufacturer of Decanter Centrifuge and Disc Separator for 13 years, which can be used for solid/liquid separation, solid/liquid/liquid separation, sludge/mud dewatering, thickening, concentration, clarification, etc. Decanter Centrifuge is widely used for projects of WWTP, STP, ETP, Oil & Gas Drilling Mud Solids Control, HDD Trenchless/Bored Pile/TBM mud cleaning/dewatering, and Mining, Food/Beverage, Chemical separation. etc.
GN Company now is capable to manufacture Decanter Centrifuge with bowl diameter ranging from 220~760mm, capacities ranging from 1~2m3/hour~120m3/hour, and maximum G force can reach 3084G. Bowl Material can be customized, including Stainless Steel 304, 316, duplex steel 2304. And Both Bowl and Screw can be controlled VFD with PLC.
And GN Company can supply domestic and international standard explosion-proof VFD control cabinet, and both ATEX and CNEX are available. VFD panel can be assembled with air conditioner for cooling, which is used in high temperature, up to 55 degree.
GN Company also manufactures Sludge Solid Vacuum Pump, which is widely used for to transfer sludge, solid, powder, slurry, water, etc.
Two of GN Company's factories are running now, and a third one has been under manufacturing now, with total size about 100,000 square meters, which would come into use next year.
