Looking back on 2021, we have made some achievements.

1） The construction of "GN Yutian new factory project to expand production capacity" (78000m2) has entered the final stage. Based on the capacity of GN headquarters Langfang Dachang Industrial Zone headquarters, the capacity of Yutian new factory can be expanded in 2022, which will provide better guarantee for the timely delivery rate of customers.

 

2） The company has successfully completed the sales target of 2021 and achieved a certain growth year-on-year 2020. Several large projects were successfully delivered. Including but not limited to the following items:

2.1 Three sets of large drilling waste treatment projects in Nigeria

2.2 Large river dredging sludge dewatering project in Canada

2.3 Singapore pipe jacking 8 sets of mud water separation solid control system

To achieve the above results, we must first thank customers at home and abroad for their continued trust. Since the end of 2019, international COVID-19 has been grim. In response to the national policy, the company has formulated the "international and domestic dual cycle market strategy". As an export-oriented enterprise, with the full trust and strong support of domestic customers, GN has withstood the challenge and contributed its own strength to strengthening and optimizing Made in China. Thanks to foreign customers too. Under the circumstances of limited factory investigation, limited outbound services and tight international logistics caused by the epidemic, foreign customers can still trust GN, especially the support of large projects. We are deeply grateful for this. GN will create more value for customers by innovating products, improving quality and attentive service.

We would also like to thank our partners for their strong support. In 2021, raw materials cost rose sharply and the supply chain was unstable. Our suppliers and partners tried their best to ensure quality and delivery times, reduced costs, and provided us with high-quality and reasonably priced materials and parts, so as to ensure the quality and market competitiveness of GN products. In order to give back the support of suppliers, GN will continue to explore the market and expand production capacity in 2022, so as to provide more cooperation opportunities for supplier partners. At the same time, we will also optimize supply chain management through ERP digital management system. Let the cooperation between suppliers and GN more smoother in logistics, capital flow, quality acceptance and other links.

The success of enterprises depends on excellent talents. The development of GN is inseparable from the efforts of employees in each department of GN. The sales elites of the marketing center forged ahead to gallop the market and obtain excellent market performance. The technical backbones of the technology center have the courage to innovate and spare no effort to develop new technology products to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the technical data of the project. The officers and workers of the production center, fearing the severe cold and heat, worked diligently to ensure the smooth delivery of major projects. The ones of the quality center are rigorous, meticulous and professional, which ensures the product quality. The warriors of after-sales service, fearing the epidemic situation, travel everywhere and serve every customer with heart. The ones in the financial and administrative center are careful, thoughtful and willing to contribute, which provides a solid logistical support for GN people. GN people who have paid off and performed well in their respective posts have also won the company's 2021 award, Including car purchase reward, equity dividend reward, red envelope reward, etc.

1） "GN Yutian new factory project for capacity expansion" will be put into operation successfully in 2022.
2） The market performance target increase by more than 20%.
3） Develop and upgrade products and apply for more than 10 patents.
4） ERP digital management phase II project will be successfully completed.
5） Three intelligent manufacturing robot production lines will be launched.
