This week, GN will send a batch of equipment to African customers for local solid-liquid separation projects and sludge transportation. At present, the equipment in this project is in the packaging stage, and then sent by sea.

This project includes two full hydraulic decanter centrifuges independently developed by GN. The step-less speed regulation of the centrifuge can be realized through the hydraulic drive system, because the use of electrical parts is reduced, which can be applied to the field of explosion-proof and improve the safety working of equipment. The hydraulic drive system mainly includes hydraulic pump unit, centrifuge bowl drive hydraulic motor and scroll drive hydraulic motor. The scroll driven hydraulic motor uses the Switzerland brand Rotodiff to ensure performance and product quality. The hydraulic oil circulating pumps of centrifuge bowl and scroll is driven by the same motor, but circulates through different pipelines, which is also independent in the control of hydraulic oil pump. The hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic motor will pass through an air cooling link for heat exchange in the path of returning to the oil station to ensure the recycling of hydraulic oil.

Decanter centrifuge is mainly used for solid-liquid two-phase separation, which can effectively remove solid particles in suspension, such as municipal sewage treatment, drilling mud treatment, etc. the separated solids are easy to stack, and the discharged liquid can be reused.

Solid vacuum pump is full pneumatic conveying equipment independently developed by GN. It works by means of reciprocating circulation of vacuum negative pressure suction and positive pressure discharge. It can be used for the transportation of liquid, low solid content sludge, high solid content sludge and even solid powder or gravel. It has a wide range of applications. Its work is that all control components are driven by compressed air without electric power resources. Therefore, it is often used in explosion-proof fields, such as transporting oily sludge in oil sludge treatment system.
