Before China Spring Festival Holiday, GN finished the manufacturing of one set dewatering centrifuge that will be used for municipal sewage treatment project. Currently, this unit has been well packed and waiting for shipping out from GN factory.

During municipal sewage treatment, in order to remove as much solid particles in the sewage as possible, contractors need to use solid liquid separation equipment. Comparing with the natural sedimentation, the dewatering centrifuge is high efficiency to separate the liquid and solid by centrifugal force with thousand times gravitational acceleration that enables the dewatering centrifuge remove the solids out from liquid rapidly.

Below features of GN Dewatering Centrifuge

1. GN dewatering centrifuge is normally applied to treat the sludge with relative high solid content that will be abrasive to the inner parts of the centrifuge. GN dewatering centrifuge is designed with tungsten carbide plate on screw propeller and bushing at the solids discharge port and sludge distribution port. This is a protection and will extend the services life of the centrifuge.
2. GN dewatering decanter centrifuge is designed with 2 motors as driving system. The common DC bus mode makes the back motor a generator, which will reduces the power consumption during normal running condition, as per client requirement, GN is able to install the specified motor brand like the Siemens in this order.
4. GN E series dewatering decanter centrifuge is equipped with PLC control panel. Operator can set up the running parameters on the HMI touch screen to obtain the optimal running state. In the control cabinet, normally 3 VFDs are installed to control the speed of main motor, back motor and sludge feeding pump.

In purpose of brand promotion, the user prefers to make the equipment customized color and with their logo on the machine. According to clients’ request, GN is able to provide equipment with specified color and customer company logo.
