Recently GN finished fabrication and factory trial assembly of one set construction mud solids liquid separation system that would shipped to Australia. Australia is one the market using the hydrovac excavation technology, the mud produced in the excavation procefure is normally collected and dewatering treated for circulating the water. GN has supplied lot of single equipment and integrated systems to Australia and got the positive feedback on the quality and the better understanding on the Australia electrical standard.

The construction mud solids liquid separation in this order is consisting for below modules.

1. Dewatering Vibrating Screen- Linear Motion, GNLMZ1236
GN linear motion vibrating screen is used for removing the coarse solids particles. In GN mud dewatering system, the vibrating screen is installed under a hopper that is fed by the hydrovac truck, big stones are blocked in the hopper and the material passing through the hopper outport will fall down to the GNLMZ1236 vibrating screen that is using polyurethane screen panels ensuring a longer service life.

2. High G Mud Vibrating Screen, GNZS706
GNZS706 is a double deck vibrating screen. It is fixed with 6 pcs screen panel for separating the fine particles. GNZS706 is a 2-stage separation vibrating screen as the upper layer separate big particles first, and the much fine solids will be separated by the bottom layer screens. 

3. Cyclone Unit, GNZJ703-2S16N
In this system, the cyclone unit is installed on one of GN high frequency vibrating screen GNZS703. The cyclone is of 10 inch cyclones 2 pieces and 4 inch cyclones 16 pieces, slurry is fed to the cyclone by the centrifugal mud pump.

4. Dewatering Decanter Package GNLW553
In this mud separation system, the final module is a mud dewatering package including the decanter centrifuge and polymer dosing unit. All the equipment in this module is installed in the containers so that operator can work inside the container with the bad weather outside. The decanter is of bowl diameter 22 inch, with the assistance of polymer dosing unit, the decanter can remove finer solids as of below 2 microns from the mud to get more clear water.
