There are five units of GNLW454 Decanter Centrifuge, with Bowl Length 1890mm and Bowl Diameter 450mm, sold to Power Plant for sludge dewatering.

Decanter Centrifuge is widely used for Dewatering, Thickening, Concentration, Clarification, Dehydration, Particle Size Classification, etc, in Sewage, Water and Effluent Treatment Plant, Food Industry, Refinery & Petrochemical Industry, ETP, STP, CETP, WWTP, Chemical, Paper, Textile, Sugar, Mineral, etc.

GN Company focus on manufacturing high quality Decanter Centrifuge & Disc Separator for 12 years, and now has production line of bowl diameter ranges from 220~760mm, bowl length from 670~3328mm, with capacity ranges from 1~2m3/hour to 120m3/hour, and maximum G force can be 3084G.

Both the Bowl and Screw can be achieved VFD, with PLC touch screen.

And GN Company can supply domestic and international standard explosion-proof VFD control cabinet,and both ATEX and CNEX are available. VFD panel can be assembled with air conditioner for cooling, which is used in high temperature, up to 55 degree. 

GN Company has already two factories under operation, and now builds a third factory, with total size about 100,000 square meters, which would come into use next year.
