Normally, for sludge dewatering application, the decanter centrifuge is equipped with feeding pump and flocculants preparation unit for easy operation, GN is able to provide the package equipment to save client’s time in procuring from different suppliers so as to bring more economic benefits.

GNLW224E-VFD is the decanter centrifuge with smallest bowl diameter in GN production line. It is with compact structure and small footprint which makes it easier for installation and transportation. It is with small capacity that is popular for small flow rate application and pilot test projects. Some of GN clients always buy this unit to verify the workability and then buy bigger model for industrial scale application. To make an integrated compact system, the screw feeding pump is installed on the slurry collection tank on which the dewatering centrifuge will be installed together; one operator could monitor and control the 2 equipment at the same time.

GN is able to manufacture the chemical preparation unit, also name chemical dosing unit according to client’s requirements. Chemical dosing unit is always equipped in dewatering package for preparing the flocculants. In some of the sludge dewatering projects, different chemicals will be needed. GN can make the dosing unit with both PAM powder automatic preparation module and PAC manually injection module. The mixing vessel will be divided into different compartments with separate water inlet and chemical outlets. Two modules can work at the same time without interfering to each other. According to different working condition, GN is able to provide the chemical dosing unit of explosion proof or non-explosion proof.
